Roof drainage through Aurora's seasons
Aurora cloudbursts and roof snowmelt can send a large amount of water through a downspout in a short period. Concentrated flow should have a clear route away from entries, walking surfaces, and the immediate foundation area.
Freeze-thaw conditions make low spots and disconnected extensions especially noticeable when discharged water refreezes. The roof-drainage plan should work with visible grading, while buried drains or broader site drainage may need separate evaluation.

Why does water pool near my downspout?
